This version forces Claude to interrogate positioning, audience, and stage before recommending anything, which is what a real strategist would do.

"Nothing is working" usually means "nothing was given long enough to work." 6. What does the buyer actually search for or read when they have this problem? Not what you wish they searched for. What they actually do. ## What I would want clarified - The real positioning anchor: what alternative are you displacing, and what is the one sentence the buyer would say back to a colleague to describe Helix - The actual buyer (PM evangelist or head-of-function approver), and the path between them - The PLG funnel numbers — sign-up to activation to paid ## My read This reads like a positioning problem dressed up as a channel problem. "Fastest, no SQL required" is a feature. It does not tell me who you beat, who Helix is for, or why this PM should pay $30K. The fact that 4 channels each underperformed is the giveaway — when channels are uniformly soft, the problem is usually upstream. Before scaling channels, sharpen the position. The question I would put to the team: "If we won, what alternative did we beat, and what was the PM able to do because of us that they could not do before?" The answer to that becomes the positioning, and the positioning becomes the messaging, and the messaging makes channels work. ## 30-day recommendation - Hold any channel scaling decision for 30 days - Run 15 customer conversations focused on the path-to-purchase question and the alternative-considered question - Pull the PLG funnel numbers and identify where the bigger leak is — sign-up, activation, or conversion - Draft 3 candidate positioning statements that name a specific alternative being displaced, and test them against 5 customers and 5 prospects - At day 30, with sharper positioning, pick 2 channels (not 4) and give each a 6-month commitment with leading-indicator goals
